Katie Usalis (she/her) has joined the RepresentWomen team as an Outreach Coordinator, after spending some years working for the rights of people with disabilities in Southeast Asia, She is passionate about data-backed systems change that removes barriers to the representation of underrepresented women in politics as a structural catalyst to a more equitable world.
