Alejandra Aldridge

Assistant Professor, Political Science

Alejandra Aldridge is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Brigham Young University. She has main research areas: She studies attitudes about institutions, and how women get into and stay into politics. Broadly, her research interests include survey methodology, experimental methods, presidential influence, voter behavior, presidential elections, and gender and politics. She graduated with her PhD in political science from Stanford University in 2022, and graduated from Brigham Young University with her BA in Political Science in 2016. On the side, she loves tennis, Crossfit, Sprinkles cupcakes, and dark chocolate.
