Emily Lampkin is a highly sought-after speaker and advisor, recognized as one of Washington D.C.’s most respected connectors. The founder of the Women Leaders Series, Lampkin has trained thousands of women across the country and the world, empowering women leaders to cultivate their skills and maximize opportunities. Lampkin is a part of the United States Department of State U.S. Speaker Program, which works with U.S. embassies around the world. She was also selected to join the Women’s Democracy Network Advisory Council’s group of speakers, which is committed to training women across the globe in leadership skills and roles. Additionally, Lampkin is the founder of Changemakers PAC, an organization that leads a movement of Virginians to fund races across the state.

A St. Louis native, Lampkin graduated from the University of Missouri. She currently resides in Virginia with her husband and their three teenage sons.
