Sophia Marie Joseph is a first-generation American student at American University. She is a senior studying Political Science with a minor in Latina/o/x Studies. Following undergrad, she intends to attend graduate school to study a Master of Public Administration in order to work within the political sphere. Ultimately, Sophia wants to focus on advocating for progressive policy for all Americans. In her free time, she enjoys writing and poetry.
